Socio-Economical Crisis	Since the end of 2008 the EU suffers one of the biggest socio-economical crisis of its history. Policies, tools and strategies to tackle the crisis effects are implementing both at european and at nationa level. The knowledge and the discussion on how the actions undertaken and the tools (even the ESF) applied are working could help to understand the future challenges for ESF. First of all, as regards the strategies and the policies, in which way they have been fixed? Within traditional or new decision structures? How the stakeholders were involved in the strategies design?	0
